David C. Donohue, ESQ.

Mr. Donohue is a co-founding member of the Firm and is Certified and Recertified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He received his JD from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1992 and was first admitted to the Arizona bar in 1992. After relocating to New Jersey, he was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1994.

Mr. Donohue specializes in the defense of medical malpractice claims and professional malpractice claims brought against insurance agents and brokers. He has authored several publications in insurance trade journals and has been invited by various professional associations to speak on a variety of insurance liability issues. He has been regularly listed as one of the Top Attorneys in New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly and has been elected into membership of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
