Evelyn Cadorin Farkas, ESQ.


Ms. Farkas is a co-founding member of the Firm and is Certified and Recertified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. She is a 1985 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Joseph Salerno in Passaic County from 1985-1986. She was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1985 and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1987.


Ms. Farkas regularly defends hospitals, physicians, nurses and other licensed professionals against malpractice claims and administrative licensing inquiries and has extensive trial and appellate experience. She has been named by New Jersey Monthly as a current Top Lawyer in New Jersey and as one of the “New York’s Women Leaders in the Law” by New York Magazine (March 2012). She also has been included in the Bar Register of Preeminent Woman Lawyers for 2013. She has recently been elected into membership of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Her reported cases include Palmisano v. Pear, 306 N.J. Super. 395 (App. Div. 1997); Delguadio v. Rodriguera, 306 N.J. Super. 135 (App. Div. 1995) and Samilov v. Raz, 222 N.J. 108 (App. Div. 1987).
